ACU-1000 Modular Interconnect System
Interoperability the goal of all first response organizations and those who would work with them. Unfortunately, the process of reaching that goal can be long and costly. For the interim, JPS provides a quick fix system system that will ensure communication between myriad systems, saving time, money and lives in the process.

Rz Communications is a licensed dealer for JPS Communications, offering the ACU- 1000 Modular Interface/Interconnect System. This system can be configured to meet almost any interface application involving two-way radios. The ACU- 1000 provides interoperability between users with radios of different bandwidths.

Astro Spectra™ Digital Mobile Radios
All ASTRO Spectra models feature alphanumeric displays that allow the user to assign meaningful names to operating conditions (e.g. DISPATCH or ADMIN). Users can easily program most models right from the front control panel to quickly change items such as channel names and scan lists.

There are five models in the ASTRO Spectral digital mobile radio line:

ASTRO Digital Spectra W3
Offering 255-channel capability, this model features a specially designed hand-held control head, full keypad and a 2-line, 28-character display. Its ergonomic operation is virtually identical to the ASTRO Digital SABER III portable radio for ease of use.

ASTRO Digital Spectra W4
With 128-channel capability, this model has an 8-character display and rotary knobs for volume and mode selection. This model is available in both dash and remote-mount configurations.

ASTRO Digital Spectra W5
Similar to the W4 model, the Spectra W5 has 128-channel capability and an 8-character display. It features electronic knobs for volume and mode selection. Available in dash and remote-mount configurations.

ASTRO Digital Spectra W7
The W7 has 255-channel capability, an 8-character display and electronic knobs for volume and mode selection. This model also includes a 12-button keypad for initiating telephone calls or sending pre-programmed statuses or messages to the dispatcher. Available in dash and remote-mount configurations.

ASTRO Digital Spectra W9
This model offers 255-channel capability, an expanded 11-character display and electronic knobs for volume and mode selection. The 12-button keypad reduces airtime congestion by allowing the user to place phone calls or send pre-programmed statuses or messages to the dispatcher. An optional feature also lets users control the siren/PA directly from the keypad. This model is available for remote-mount only.

XTS2500
The XTS 2500 portable radio is Motorola's high-performance, small-sized, digital two-way radio. This IP enabled portable is lightweight and easy to carry. Customers now have an affordable choice to integrate these sophisticated two-way radios into their existing system with the migration capability to the newer Project 25 digital infrastructure for additional interoperability.

The XTS 3000 radio, a distinctive addition to Motorola's ASTRO digital portable two-way radio portfolio, provides the solution to a wide range of sophisticated wireless needs in a small, ergonomic package. It's a small radio that means big benefits for our customers.
